- Free Delivery on all products
- Orders placed on Sundays and national holidays in Pakistan will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery typically takes between 2 to 5 working days (no deliveries on Sundays). Please allow up to 7 working days during peak shopping seasons or times of high demand.
- New customers will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our Customer Service Representative.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is designed to assist you:

Return Period:
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return items. All products must be in their original, unopened condition. Items returned in non-resellable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via a traceable method (courier or registered post). -
Faulty Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us right away. Faulty items can be returned within 15 days, provided they are in original packaging with all accessories. -
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you want to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the exchange form. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect your current product and deliver the new one. Replacement delivery costs approximately 3$ to cover two-way shipping. -
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. In rare cases, we may issue a refund based on tracking information without waiting for the product's return.If your refund is delayed, please check your bank statement first, then contact your credit card company and bank for processing times. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
If a return or exchange is due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded. This includes instances where a product was advertised as "free delivery"; in these cases, the delivery cost is incorporated into the price. Refunds for delivery charges will only occur if the fault lies with Uptrends LLC. -
